The Room of Revolutionary Traditions (Dedina Mládeže)

Dedina Mládeže was officially founded as a model Communist community on 4 April 1949, and to this day it remains the youngest municipality in Slovakia.

The Room of Revolutionary Traditions with photographs and an exhibit devoted to the construction of the village has been in the house of culture since 1979. It displays quotations from former leading officials of the state along with diplomas.

The photographs also show how meadows appeared before the village was built, the JDR preparation committee, The M. Falťan Peasants’ Brigade, photographs from the construction.
